Your first payment must be made within 30 days of the previous payment to keep your layaway active and ensure your chosen items are reserved for you.

3. Completion

All merchandise placed on layaway must be fully paid for and picked up within 90 days from the original layaway date. This timeframe allows you ample opportunity to make your payments and secure your products.

4. Service Charges

Should you fail to complete your layaway purchase within the 90-day period or choose to cancel the layaway at any time, Gunammoshop.com will apply a service charge of $10.00. This fee covers the handling, storage, and record-keeping expenses associated with the layaway agreement.

5. Firearm Layaways

For firearms placed on layaway, they can be held for a maximum of 60 days. The necessary paperwork should be finalized after the final payment for the firearm has been made. In the event that a customer is not approved to purchase the firearm, Gunammoshop.com will assess a service charge of $10.00. This fee is intended to cover the handling, storage, and record-keeping costs of the layaway agreement.

6. Limitations

Each customer is allowed to put a maximum of 2 guns on layaway. Please note that clearance items are not eligible for layaway and may be purchased through regular means.
