Returns and Cancellations:
Order Cancellations: We make every effort to cancel orders at no cost if the request is made by 5:00 pm on the order date. If a cancellation request is received after this time, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to offset associated costs.
Returns for Defective Accessories: We accept returns for defective accessories, excluding items that have been modified or installed in a build (subject to manufacturer warranty). To be eligible, you must notify us of the defect within 5 days of item delivery. We will arrange for the defective items to be returned via the original shipper. Please do not return packages without obtaining a return authorization.
Non-Defective Returns: Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $15), and items returned without packaging or with damaged packaging may incur up to a 50% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We do not provide return labels. All returns must reach us within 30 days of the purchase date, with a prior authorization received via Live Chat or the “Contact Us” form.
Ammo and Apparel Returns: Ammo cannot be returned for safety reasons, and T-shirts and other apparel items are non-returnable.
